Lake Clark National Park, Kayaking, Glacier Trekking...

Days 1-6: Picked up in Anchorage and board a float plane for the 1 1/2 hour flight to spectacular and remote Lake Clark National Park. After establishing a comfortable Base Camp we enjoy day hikes, fishing and occasional boating on beautiful Twin Lakes.

Day 7: Return flight to Anchorage, drive to Kings River Homestead, stopping for dinner out, showers and laundry

Day 8: White water rafting and glacier trekking on the Matanuska. Alaskan-style barbecue and another night at our homestead.

Days 9-10:Introduction to Mountaineering in the Chugach Range. (Parents enjoyed a B&B and exploring Girdwood.)

Days 11-14: Sea kayaking in Prince William Sound.

4 - 5; Off trail hiking, Extremely remote camping.

Accommodation:
1 night in a B&B. All other nights tent camping.

Denali National Park, Seward, Sea kayaking

Days 1-3: Pick up in Anchorage, explore Denali National Park (day hikes, wildlife viewing, bus trip into park).

Day 4: Drive to Kings River Base Camp, glacier trekking, barbecue at homestead.

Day 5:Spectacular drive along Turnagain Arm to Seward

Day 6: Day cruise in Kenai Fjords National Park...whales, seals, puffins, otters!

Days 7&8: Sea kayaking Prince William Sound, camping in lush rainforest.
